When we finally had a well negotiated deal with the final Buyer's, Maria really held the deal together through significant obstacles and the fact that the Buyer's Agent was very apathetic and let some critical issues and dates pass, which created unnecessary drama that should have been avoided, and could have caused the entire sale to fall apart, however Maria was able to keep everything together to closing and funding, doing twice the work, without crossing any lines between the legalities of Buyer's and Seller's Agents.
